This is Mirror!Kyle. Unlike real!Kyle, he's so laid back he's melted into a puddle on the floor (instead of a puddle on the wall, I guess). He shares a canon backstory with real!Kyle up until Smug Alert, where he grew fond of the relaxing effects of drugs and how they enabled him to shut off his usually neurotic self. The side effect of this is that he's way less bothered by all the fucked up shit going on around him, even the stuff that he'd once have tried to rectify.
